Shipping Information:
All purchases are very carefully packaged and shipped within two business days of receipt of payment. I will keep you informed of progress. Shipping dates for commissions will be determined at the time of ordering.
For international orders please contact me for a more accurate shipping estimate. There also may be additional local customs fees. Also be aware that the destination country may require customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond the expected delivery time.
International shipments may also be subject to inspection, and may be opened by customs officials.
Shipping may be either USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex, depending on the best method at the time.

Refunds: I am always happy to answer any questions and converse with you about your purchase. Just contact me with the link near the top of page..
Purchases may be returned in original condition, with original or similar packaging for a refund (minus shipping costs), within two weeks of purchase.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you would like to return an item. Once I then receive the item in it's original condition, a refund will be issued using the original method of purchase within 2-3 business days. Be aware that your banking institution may require additional days to process this transaction and post to your account once they have received the transaction information from Cherie Fine Art Studio.
