Places of peace, beauty, and wonder do exist, but are often beyond the casual vision and awareness. It's the task of the visual artist to make these places more visible, more accessible; and to give us a moment of wonder.
I prefer simplicity in design, and sparse yet purposeful composition, clean lines, flowing movement, and nuanced color, a quiet energy, a peacefulness that unfolds upon itself. These endeavors have proven that from many life times, I have 'come home' to something I learned and experioenced long ago. This understanding is definite, -intuitive.
The effort invested in this work is self-gratifying; I only hope to share some of that reward with others.
The Other Season Unexpected, beyond the endless cycle. Renewal, beyond the grasp of mundane delight. The Other Season; soothing multi-hued scintillating Light spread beyond our mortal sight fragrant silence swaying cool yet warm, soft yet strong music rain-drops drifting, suspended briefly,
beyond the grasp of time.
